Delivery, Collections & Returns

Next Day Delivery

We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 1:00pm on Friday. However, we don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank holidays. Orders placed during the Christmas shutdown will be shipped after the shutdown period.

We'll be closing down for the Christmas holidays from 24th December to 6th January (inclusive). This means we won't be able to make any deliveries during that time. Our last delivery will be on Friday 20th December 2024, and our first delivery after the holidays will be on Tuesday 7th January 2025.

Please note that these restrictions may vary depending on the location of the delivery address. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Delivery Charges

Additional Delivery Information

We will deliver your products on a vehicle up to 26 tons with a tail lift or equivalent. Delivery times are between 8am and 5pm. Please make sure that a representative from your company is available to sign for and unload the product.

We understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan, so we have a 15-minute grace period for off-loading. If no one is available to sign for and unload the products within 15 minutes of our arrival, we will have to leave and you will still be charged for the delivery.

Additional Charges

In some cases, additional charges may apply. These charges may include:

• Delivery outside of normal hours (8am - 5pm).
• If you require products delivered  on a truck mounted forklift, Hiab or flatbed lorry.
• If your delivery postcode is outside of mainland UK.

Collections

We offer collection timeslots for your convenience. Please note that we need at least one working hour's notice before you can collect your goods. Our warehouse hours are from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that your goods will be ready for collection immediately after you place your order. 

Orders placed after 2.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 1:00 pm on Friday can only be collected on the next working day.

Returns

We want to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase from us. So please follow our simple returns process if you need to return an item.

If you wish to return no longer required goods, you have 14 days from the delivery date. The goods must be unopened and in a resalable condition. Please note that there will be a 40% restocking charge and delivery, or carriage charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions 

For deliveries to remote or difficult-to-reach areas in the UK, you can select 'Standard UK Delivery' at checkout and a member of the sales team will contact you to discuss delivery options. This may involve additional charges. We deliver to all of the regions listed below and, to avoid delays on your order, it is recommended that you contact us for details on additional prices and delivery times.

If you are placing an order with a delivery address in Northern Ireland, you will not be able to choose Standard UK Delivery at checkout. Please contact us and a member of our team will get back to you with the special arrangments that can be made.
