Order Management

How can I modify the order after I’ve placed it?

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed? 

Yes, please contact our customer services team for assistance with canceling your order on 01183 381769 as soon as possible. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.  

Delivery and Collection

When will my order be delivered? 

Get your products fast with our next-day delivery option! Simply place your order before 2:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday or before 1:00 p.m. on Friday and select your preferred time slot at checkout. Please note that next day delivery is subject to stock availability for more information please refer to our Delivery, Collections & Returns page.

Can I collect my order from any of your facilities? 

You can collect your order from any of our three facilities, subject to stock availability. However, only some products may be available at some sites. If you have any questions or concerns about collection options, please contact our customer support team for assistance at shop@sasint.co.uk. 


Do you offer next-day delivery? 

Yes, we offer next-day delivery on all our products sold on the website, subject to stock availability. Place your order before 2:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday or 1:00 p.m. on Friday by selecting the next-day delivery. Please note that these restrictions may vary depending on the location of the delivery address. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Returns and Refunds

What do I do if my goods are damaged? 

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please notify us immediately and provide photographs to shop@sasint.co.uk. If your goods are visibly damaged on delivery, please make a note of this on the delivery paperwork, refuse it, and contact us for further assistance.

When will I get the refund for an item returned? 

Once we have received the returned goods in our depot, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 14 working days. It is worth noting that after a successful inspection, there will be a 40% restocking fee added.

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, and Mastercard. We also offer credit facilities for approved accounts, and you can open a trade account with us for even more benefits.
